"When integration into the PVS makes a difference"
How Mr. Taubert documents more efficiently with Sikia

Customer story ENT Eutin
ENT · Solo practice · Mr. Jörg Taubert
Short profile
Mr. Taubert runs an ENT private practice with two treatment rooms.
Per day he treats around 60 to 70 patients. He works simultaneously in both rooms.
Today he uses Sikia in split screen. One third of the screen shows Sikia, two thirds show the PVS.
Initial situation: Document in detail under high time pressure
Before Sikia, Mr. Taubert documented classically in the PVS. He typed even during or after the conversation, often using text modules and his own abbreviations.
"I typed with the two-finger system and worked a lot with text modules."
The biggest challenge was balancing time and detail.
"The greatest challenge was to document sufficiently detailed within the short time."
Why other systems have not convinced
Mr. Taubert had already tested other AI-supported documentation solutions before Sikia, including internal offerings of his PVS.
However, for him, it was not only the quality of the AI that mattered, but also the integration into the existing system.
"The integration of the other systems was not as seamless and not as effective."
The transfer to the PVS was cumbersome and partly unclear. There was no real time gain from this.
Usage in everyday life: Seamlessly integrated into the workflow
Today, Dr. Bock Sikia will start as soon as the patient enters the room and will continue until the end of the conversation.
Findings, anamnesis, and therapy recommendations are automatically summarized and transferred to the PVS after a brief review.
Corrections are rarely necessary.
"The integration of the other systems was not as seamless and not as effective."
Effect: Small time gains with great impact
Mr. Taubert saves time for each patient. This time savings may seem small at first, but adds up significantly throughout the day.
"If documentation takes only ten seconds instead of a minute, you notice it."
Reliability in everyday life: Responsive customer support
Another important aspect for Mr. Taubert is the response speed of Sikia's customer support.
At one point, diagnoses were not taken over as usual. Mr. Taubert used the integrated feedback function to pass on the information.
Zusammenarbeit & Ausblick
Recommendation
Mr. Taubert actively recommends Sikia to colleagues.
Not because of a single feature, but because the solution consistently integrates into his existing workflow.
"The quality of the AI is impressive. The difference comes from the integration into the PVS."
Warum also nicht?"
